Policies & FAQ
The following Conditions of Sale define the relationship between all parties involved. We may modify these conditions at any time. By making an offer to purchase any artwork or participating in any sale, you accept and agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale, as well as any other policies, guidelines, FAQs, or requirements posted on this site.
We strive for excellence and aim to provide the best customer service experience.
We welcome your feedback and are happy to assist with any questions, special requests, or concerns.
Every artwork in our gallery has been carefully selected, photographed, and uploaded. However, despite regular updates, inaccuracies may occur and listed artworks may not be available at all times.
We reserve the right to update or change any information on our website or social media, and to correct inaccuracies or omissions without prior notice.
We also reserve the right to withdraw any artwork from the site at any time, without liability. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we are not responsible to the buyer in any way regarding the exhibition or sale of any artwork on the site.
Shipping is not included in the listed prices. To receive an accurate quote including shipping, please proceed to checkout and provide a complete address.
When a buyer makes a purchase on the site, they must immediately pay the total amount due, which includes the artwork price, taxes, and applicable service fees.
If a credit card payment is not approved, the buyer remains personally liable for the total amount due. Payment is considered received only when we have collected the full amount in cleared funds.
Please be aware that local taxes and import duties may apply. These charges are separate and are not included in our prices.
We are committed to assisting with any questions or details about an artwork prior to shipping. All sales are final. We do not accept returns.
We ship artwork within seven days of purchase. Once shipped, a third-party carrier will deliver your order, typically within 15 days depending on the destination. However, we cannot guarantee shipping or delivery times.
If delays occur before shipping, we will notify you. If delays occur after shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Some artworks are stored with the artists, which may occasionally affect timelines. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as customs issues or logistical disruptions.
All artworks are carefully packed and insured to ensure their safety in transit. However, we are not responsible for any acts or omissions by packers, shippers, or carriers involved in the shipping process.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please email a photo of the artwork and packaging within 7 days of delivery to contact@artharvestint.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
Your email address and all personal information will be handled with care and confidentiality by us and our shipping partners.
We may modify these policies at any time. By requesting a quote or making a purchase, you agree to these Conditions of Sale.
Within Guatemala: We offer free shipping within Guatemala City and Antigua. For locations outside these areas, additional charges may apply. Please note that unless the department of Guatemala or Antigua is selected, you will not be able to complete the purchase. For delivery outside these regions, please contact us for a quote.
Our international payment platform is powered by Cybersource and accepts Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards.
For customers in Guatemala: if you would like to pay using “Neo-Cuotas,” we also accept payments via “Neo Link” by Neonet, which supports Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards. Please contact us for details or assistance.
If you are interested in purchasing one of our collections, you can receive a discount for the entire collection, which includes 5 to 7 artworks. If one of the artworks becomes unavailable, the discount still applies to the remaining artworks as long as there are a minimum of 3 artworks available.

Not all of our artists are available for commissions, but we are happy to check for you. Please email us at contact@artharvestint.com with the details of your request. We will check with the artist you are interested in and come back to you.
